The JMHH is a state of the art GPS unit developed under the direction the United States Space Force. Our group was one of five competing development houses (including Raytheon, L-3, and Rockwell Collins) and in the end the Space Force selected our concept for the final contract due to our agile and creative approach to an industry that has historically been slow and unresponsive to user needs.

As part of a team I participated in the development of the mechanical and product experience aspects of the physical design. I lead four focus group demonstrations where I traveled to a number of US military bases to spend time with soldiers to review their input on the work-in-progress design and understand their needs more directly. I oversaw and participated in the development of the CAD including fabrication of dozens of prototypes which I personally assembled for each demonstration.
